Tracy M. Coffman, Esq.

Tracy M. Coffman, Esq., of-counsel to the firm, focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, condominium and association law, landlord-tenant law, and real estate transactions, including residential and commercial closings/transactions, refinance transactions, preparation and review of title insurance, and mortgage documents. Ms. Coffman is a member of the Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association.

Tracy M. Coffman was born in New York and raised in Coral Springs, Florida. Ms. Coffman received her law degree from Emory University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Florida.

Ms. Coffman began her legal career with a firm in Georgia, where she focused on construction and commercial litigation. Ms. Coffman subsequently moved to Florida where she worked at a law firm handling a variety of commercial litigation matters, including multi-million dollar construction defect cases.
